Community

RUNYOGA is a community. We don’t just run and do yoga together. We challenge each other to show up, both physically and mentally. The group support, laughter and fun makes working harder that much easier.

Yoga

RUNYOGA brings balance to your running through yoga, both physically and mentally. Physically, we work strength, stretching and recovery. Mentally, we integrate key mindfulness techniques that bring more joy into our running, thus enhancing performance.

Challenging Fun Workouts

Working hard has never been so much fun. Hills, strength sessions, speed workouts, you name it, and the RUNYOGA crew takes it all on with a smile. The community atmosphere takes away all intimidation and pressure of tough workouts and makes them fun!

Mindfulness & Meditation

RUNYOGA’s approach is much more than just getting faster, stronger and or/more flexible. It's all about connecting to your best self, to BE your best self. We do this by looking beyond the numbers and the results, and focusing on key mental strategies that connect us to why we love to run.
